Okay Fine… I Made The Trending Chair Card

Image
If you’ve been scrolling social media lately, you already know — The Chair has entered. Every second post is a cozy little 3D chair card, sometimes with a curled-up kitty, sometimes styled for the season… and honestly? I was feeling a little left out. Of course I had to join the fun. Let me introduce you to my version of this oh-so-trendy, ridiculously adorable 3-dimensional chair greeting card. Isn’t she cute?! That teal plaid? The sweet little heart pillow? The bright pink throw blanket draped over the arm like it’s waiting for a cup of tea and a good book? I can’t even. What makes this card extra special (besides the fact that it makes you want to shrink down and sit in it) is that it folds completely flat to slip into an envelope (included in the file). Then — magic moment — when it’s removed, it pops right back up into its full cozy chair form. It’s basically engineering meets paper crafting, and I am here for it. There’s also a lovely little space on the back for your sentiment...

Yet Another Udderly Cute Cow Card

Image
  — because clearly there is no such thing as too many Udderly Cute Cow cards Some people spend their Saturdays catching up on laundry… I spend mine cutting paper and making yet another Udderly Cute cow card — and honestly, I regret nothing. This sweet little cow popped into my craft room with so much charm, I had no choice but to build a whole card around her. The die-cut open window is one of my favorite details. It creates that “peek inside” feeling, almost like our cow is standing there saying hi from her cozy little cottage. It adds depth and a bit of story to the design, which makes the whole card feel extra special. And then there she is… the adorable cow herself, holding a tiny bouquet ...

Get Yeti for a Snow-Day Birthday Card!

Image
Honestly… if we’re stuck in “yet another snowstorm,” we might as well hang out with a cute, cupcake-holding Yeti who brings balloons and birthday vibes instead of shovels. If winter insists on overstaying its welcome, I’m just going to lean into it… with paper, ink, and the most adorable Yeti I could possibly find. Since Ontario has decided we’re living in a permanent snow globe lately, I figured we might as well celebrate with a birthday card that says, “Enough snow all Yeti… let’s party instead!” This little guy comes from the Simon Says Stamp Get Yeti stamp & Die set, and honestly, he makes winter a whole lot more tolerable. I mean… look at him. He’s holding a cupcake. If that doesn’t fix a bad snow day, nothing will. For this card, I kept the layout super easy but still full of personality. The background layer is a fun (and now discontinued) snowflake pattern paper, which gives that chilly, wintery vibe without being too serious about it. On top of that, I added a panel...
